HOW IT WORKS
Onboarding Process
We will be meeting you in person and have an ocular visit to the place. We will be negotiating terms and agreement on how the property will be managed and when the contract is signed. We are ready for hosting.
Listing and Preparation
As soon as everything is ready, we will now set-up the unit for photography and think of creative words to describe the place. This will then be listed and managed on our side with multiple marketplace channels.
Hosting
When a guest books, you don't need to do anything. We will make sure the place is ready and handle the key management or check-in and cater to their daily needs with our 24/7 concierge. We will also handle the check-out and housekeeping process afterward.
